After all (we know this doesn’t get tired) ‘the internet shouldn’t be about staying in; it should be about helping to get out’.
Is it free to use?
Yes. TicketM8 is completely free to register and to use. You just purchase for tickets in your interested events and activities.
Who can use it?
Because of the purchasing of tickets online, the TicketM8 service is designed to be used by anyone over the age of 16. Anyone under the age of 16 will require a responsible adult to create and purchase tickets.
Why do I need to register?
Because our tickets are delivered electronically, by registering you will have your own area where you can view and manage your tickets online. TICKETS
How does it work?
After purchasing your tickets online through our website you will receive a unique ticket code for each purchased ticket. This ticket code along with the name of the ticket holder and a form of suitable ID makes up the ticket. We do not send out any physical tickets.
Take your code and ID, which combines to make up your ticket, to the entry or meeting point and you will be granted admission once your details are matched off a list. In some cases, you may need to pick up tickets or get a wristband at the venue, in which case your TicketM8 code will need to be quoted.
I have lost my ticket code. Can you reissue?
When you register your details we create an account where you can view, retrieve and manage your tickets. Simply login to: http://www.unim8.com/events/mybookings.php.
What ID is needed?
We always recommend that you always take a form of officially recognised ID with a photo or signature. Ultimately the final decision on ID is down to the venue. Where a minimum age is set we highly advise you to take proof of age (even if you are much older you may be blessed with youthful looks; great for many reasons, not great if you are turned away at the venue). If your ticket is for a concessionary rate you may need proof of such status also.
I purchased tickets but now I can’t go. What can I do?
If you have purchased tickets for an event which you cannot make then you may reallocate them to someone who will be able to. This is your own responsibility as tickets are non-refundable. Be aware that not all tickets can be reallocated and where it is available there will be a deadline for any changes. Information on reallocation availability is always supplied on the ticket page and at booking.
You must not however, resell the ticket(s) in any situation and any attempt to resell may result in a withdrawal of the ticket(s).
I purchased tickets but was refused entry / participation by the staff. Can I get a refund?
The right to admit any ticket holder is reserved by the staff and personnel of the event. They agree to honour all tickets sold on TicketM8 however their decision may be on account of health and safety, security concerns, fraudulent tickets or unacceptable behaviour (see Terms and Conditions). We are not able to refund you any of the ticket if you are refused entry or ejected from the venue.
Can I purchase tickets via phone?
Some tickets may be purchased by phoning 0845 299 0713 or 01903 243 489 during our normal office hours. You will not however be able to reallocate tickets purchased by phone.
